Board Member

Brittany Fergusson serves as a Registered Nurse in the Daytona Beach area; she is a native from South   Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the great Bethune-Cookman University. She became a member of the National Council of Negro Women in 2014 and continues to advocate for young scholars. Brittany participated in many youth outreach     programs dedicated to empowering young women such as the Delta GEMS and Girls II Women. She is dedicated to not only serving her community but the young women of the community as a member of the board of directors. "We have a powerful potential in our youth, and we must have the courage to change old ideas and practices so that we may direct their power toward good ends”-Mary McLeod Bethune.
