Sheryl Williams an organizational management specialist. Creating or shaping existing policies and procedures to meet the intended goals, objectives, and vision of an organization. Her review and evaluation of operations allows for corrective action where needed to improve standard operating procedures, enhance board governance, and achieve functional results. Working with key executives, board members, middle managers, and staffers to create a cohesive team structure for the successful execution of the organization’s vision.
Utilizing the best practices of standardized techniques of SWOT analysis and SMART goals-setting, Ms. Williams identifies an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, as well as potential threats; and defines organizational goals. Goals that are specifically defined, measurable by resulting impact, reasonably attainable within available resources, are relevant to the mission of the organization, and are time-based to be realistically achievable within a calendared timeframe.
Reporting on the findings of an administrative review whether focused on specific areas of the business function or an overall evaluation provides a blueprint for mapping or remapping the operations, policies, and procedures. Establishing professional training protocols is one of the key components to developing results-driven personnel.
Advisor, management consultant, and training are roles that Mrs. Williams offers the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her professional experience comprises more than 20 years in the healthcare industry in New Jersey and Florida; fifteen of those years in a hospital in-patient/out-patient mental health unit with promotions from Administrative Assistant to Manager of Operations. Sheryl Williams earned her Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management – Human Resource Development, from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Additionally, Sheryl is a Florida-licensed Massage Therapist, mother of six and a proud grandmother.
