LaCayla Hunter-Lyons
Founder, CEO, & President
LaCayla Hunter-Lyons was born and raised in South Georgia, at an early age she moved to Palm Beach County, Florida, where she currently resides. She is a wife, a mother to four beautiful children, and grandmother to two precious granddaughters.

LaCayla is a licensed and ordained as a Minister of God and also an accomplished Author, Motivational Speaker and Philanthropist. She had a Vision, to make a difference in the lives of Teenage Girls. She knows no boundaries when it comes to empowering young people. Also, the founder of Matters of Mothers (MOM), a support group for single mothers in which she started in 2015.
This Phenomenal Woman of faith, drive, & determination wanted to create an environment to help Teenage girls grow their worth to become productive contributors to society. Offer a place, for those in need of guidance with transitional housing to help produce self-sufficient and prosperous lives. Her Personal mantra “your past does not dictate your future; be the narrator to change your story”.

The Mission of “S.H.E. SUCCESS” is to provide an array of services for teenage girls to break the cycle of low self-worth and poor decision making through workshops, life skill training, empowerment sessions and community involvement.
WHAT WE DO
It is our objective to offer hope to young ladies from different walks of life who are faced with life challenges and to provide them with a different/positive perspective of themselves and their future.
