Our organization focus is to reestablish self-esteem, self-empowerment, and self-sufficiency within young women who will become productive contributors to society. S.H.E SUCCESS empowers through counseling and empowerment sessions. We offer life skills training, conflict resolution, problem solving skills along with the teaching of fundamental skills of career planning. We promote sisterhood that engages young girls to learn to build healthy friendships/ relationships, while identifying ways to implement each skill she has developed.
